Amityville Horror (1979) (Film Review)

Amityville Horror (1979) A fairly decent horror film! By the way, everything about the Amityville Horror is pretty interesting. I’m realising more and more. It’s crazy! It seems that all the families who went to live there experienced strange things. They even tried to change the their house number, but it was no use. That said, even though it was supposed to be incredible when it came out, but it’s aged. Some of the moments are pathetic, badly acted and laughable.

The characters are well acted and the plot is well put together. With James Brolin who is Josh’s dad! What charisma! And it’s great to see Margot Kidder as the lead. She’s best known for her role as Lois Lane in the first four Superman films. She starred with such great actors as Christopher Reeve, Gene Hackman, and Marlon Brando!

I wasn’t too interested in these Amityville films. Although they are not as bad as the Texas Chainsaw Massacre films which are clearly all pathetic.
