The Adderall Diaries (2015) Ahhh! It’s always nice to see a good movie… especially if you’ve been desperately watching a lot of really bad ones.

What a cast! James Franco and Amber Heard together. It’s always great to see a lot of actors, more or less known, together! They are all very good, even excellent in their roles here. Even Cynthia Nixon! Indeed, I hate Sex & the City, and I often ask to see its actresses elsewhere to see what they are really worth. And even if she has a very small role, it is not insignificant, and I enjoyed seeing her here.

A slice or two of hard life, hard-to-swallow memories, and doubts about a criminal who is in prison. Ingredients that made the viewing of this film rather enjoyable. Nothing ultra shocking in this film, no endless sex scenes, nor in profusion. Moments that create good reflections. Touching! It remains to be seen whether Pamela Romanowsky will be a director to follow or not.
