Fog (2005) is an American horror movie directed by Rupert Wainwright.

It’s lousy! It’s quite amazing: I was bored out of my mind! The only thing I really liked was the scene where you see the big sail passing in the night and the crew members are on it, but you only see their shadows, their silhouettes. And to think they show this scene twice. Probably the same shot, but reversed: once the boat goes to the right, the second time to the left. In short! I’m sure that if this film is a remake, it’s a fine insult to the original.

None of the actors shine… even Selma Blair, who’s great in general. The really scary make-up is almost invisible. The dialogue is uninteresting. Wooow! What a waste of time!

Rupert Wainwright has at least made one good film and that’s Stigmata. But I’m glad he’s gone. And I could almost end by saying that just because Maggie Grace attracts lots of horny males or snobby women to see this film… doesn’t make the film worth it!!!!
