Alyce Kills (2011)

A film that deserves the three stars I give it, but no more!
Not for me.

In a way, it’s a film for women with a slightly exaggerated, disturbing and atmospheric mood. This film can seem quite interminable. The lead actress, Jade Dornfeld, is quite convincing, otherwise I would probably have wanted to stop watching halfway through. A rather nice actress who plays a very introverted person. How can someone become completely unstable psychologically and lose touch with reality?

The story and dialogue are decent. The gory scenes are quite well done. But the beginning is a bit slow and the production is generally low budget. A psychedelic film.

A descent into hell that starts with very little, in the end. If everyone who was cheated on died or was killed because they complained… well… how can I put it…

A horror thriller, obviously not for everyone, but it has a pleasant side to it, although it is slow and long at times, even though the film is short.
In short!

The last scene is quite legendary!

Rating: 3 out of 5.
