Locked In (2021)

Locked In (2021) Compared to all the rubbish at the beginning of this decade, this is a good little film of the genre, without pretension. Jeff Fahey, one of my favourite actors, apparently plays a lot of bad guys after portraying one of the most endearing characters in the Lost series. Mena Suvari is always a pleasure to see again; here, she plays a protective mother caught in a trap.

Her daughter, played by Jasper Polish, is rather resourceful, mischievous, and very intelligent, making their duo a great team. As for Costas Mandylor, it’s impossible to trust him for those who knew him as one of the most horrible people in the SAW franchise. Just like a Kevin Bacon or a Peter Stormare, we know that even in good guy roles… you have to watch out for them!!!

Very good entertainment, which probably went unnoticed by the general public… but it gave me a good time.
