Control (2022)

Control (2022) Directed by James Mark, this thriller stars Sara Mitich and George Tchortov. The story is about a kidnapped woman who must use her telekinetic powers to escape to be with her daughter. 

Who cares about the other actors? You hardly ever see them! It seems to me that there are quite a few films called Control. This one has nothing to do with the masterpiece about the mythical band Joy Division. A film for which I could easily give a single star. Because, no matter what I say, it’s still pretty rubbish. But the lead actress’s revenge is a moment of jubilation. And the very end, even if it’s as big as a truck doubled with a mountain, is still an interesting concept. But Black Mirror managed to do better in its second season. A film not to be seen a second time… unless you’ve got nothing left to eat or to put on your tongue.
